KHJ’s Big 93 of 1966

I don’t have an original of the Big 93 of 1966 to display. However, I have generated a list of the songs from a copy of the original. Click here to view the list.

One oddity about this year-end countdown was the treatment of two-sided hits. On the one hand, the Rolling Stones' Mother's Little Helper/Lady Jane had separate entries coming in at #77 and #87 respectively. On the other hand, the Beatles' Yellow Submarine and Eleanor Rigby were combined at position #31.

Still, I would say that the Big 93 of 1966 was tabulated more accurately than the Big 93 of 1968 or the Top 100 of the 60s.
