One of the great double albums, "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road," hits the albums chart. Jim Croce's "Life and Times" returns after his death a month earlier.
The retooled "Top of the World" makes the Thirty. It had appeared in a different mix in 1972 on the "A Song For You" album; that version had a more country sound.
Survey erratum: "Gypsy Man" by War has the "Weeks on Survey" listed as 2. It should be 12.
