Issue #218 - “Easy To Be Hard” by Three Dog Night knocks “Sugar, Sugar” by the Archies out of the top spot on the Boss 30.
Three Dog Night has the distinction of being the artist that spent the most cumulative weeks on the Boss 30 between 1965 and the end of 1973. Their total of 163 weeks on the chart edged out the 159 weeks by the Supremes.

I think someone may have hurt themselves writing the blurb above the schedule. I know it hurt reading it.
I remember being unhappy that Sam Riddle was moved to mornings. It meant that I virtually never heard him anymore, since I'd be in school. As someone who listened every Wednesday night to Riddle unveil the new Boss 30, it took me awhile to warm up to Humble Harve getting that gig.
Survey erratum: "Make Believe" by Wind has the "Weeks on Boss 30" listed as 2. It should be 3.
