Peggy Lee’s “Is That All There Is” debuts this week at No. 23. At age 49, she was the oldest female solo artist to make the survey in the Boss Radio era.

I'd forgotten that initially, only "Something" charted on KHJ. "Come Together" would soon join it as a double-sided hit, and by the end of the single's run, only "Come Together" would be listed. The same thing happened nationally -- Harrison's song started bigger, then there was parity. I remember how excited I was to buy "Abbey Road" the day it came out. I got it from the Musical Jewel Box, a small music and curious shop in the Los Altos area of Long Beach, on my way home from sixth grade.
