Hard-luck Ronnie Dove has a Hitbound this week with “In Some Time.” He had five different titles appear as Hitbound on the printed surveys but never did make the Boss 30.

"Me About You" sure struck a chord with artists and listeners. It was never a big hit, and yet it charted on the Boss 30 three times, I think -- here by Jackie deShannon, then a year later by the Lovin' Spoonful and a year after that by the Turtles. And all at different tempos.
It was around this time that KHJ stopped doing the Million Dollar Weekends (except on special occasions) – a change for the worse, in my opinion.
