The Thirty lists "Bless You" as being by Martha Reeves & the Vandellas, but I think it was just Reeves by this time.
According to Whitburn "Bless You" was the last Hot 100 title for Martha Reeves & The Vandellas (also their last Hot 100 title on Gordy). It reached No. 53 nationally. Martha Reeves had one Hot 100 title as a solo artist on MCA in 1974. I liked "Bless You" as it was nice little song with that "old school" Motown sound.
Serves me right for not consulting my Whitburn before posting. Shows me not to always trust my memory.
Trust me, your memory is 1000x better than mine. You can remember what song was playing when the earthquake hit in 1971 and I can hardly remember what I did last week!
