I was 16 years old and was there at the “Humble Harve Hello Happening” at the Hollywood Palladium. The musical guests were the "New Vaudeville Band" who sang "Winchester Cathedral" and "Sopwith Camel" who sang "Hello Hello". It was an amazing time. Everyone who attended got a sweatshirt with Humble Harve's photo on it. I had that for many years.
I, too, was at the Humble Harve Happening when I was 16. I had forgotten the Hello part. I gave my sweatshirt to a friend. It was right after that that Harve was arrested for murdering his wife, as I recall. I wish I had it back then.
Humble Harve did not kill his wife until 1971 so it was close to 4 years after the Happening.
